  • Chrome users can simply navigate here:  chrome://settings/content/cookies and enable "Allow sites to save and read cookie data."
  • Firefox users can navigate here: about:preferences#privacy and under history choose "Firefox will remember history"   OR   if you must use "Firefox will Use custom settings for history," ensure that "Accept cookies from websites" is enabled, "Accept 3rd party cookies" is set to always and "Keep until" is set to "they expire."
  • Microsoft Edge users can click on the "More actions" button (three dots in the upper right of the screen.  Then scroll to the bottom of the page and choose "View advanced settings".  Scroll toward the bottom of the page and ensure "Don't block cookies" is selected in the "Cookies" drop-down menu.

You will need to enable web based javascript following instructions for your specific browser you are using.  If you aren't a home user, you most likely will need to contact your IT department for help.

  • Java in Chrome is turned on by default.  If you've turned if off for some reason, re-enable by simply navigate here: chrome://settings/content/javascript and ensure it is "enabled (recommended).
  • Firefox is a little more involved, and is by default not disabled.  If you've disabled it, you will need to re-enable by navigating here: about:config and agreeing to the warning.  Find the preference named: "javascript.enabled" and either double click it or change the dropdown under "Value" to indicate "true"
